Joanne Sternlieb

Joanne R. Sternlieb is a Senior Vice President at Neuberger Berman, an investment advisory firm. Joanne is a member of the BKS Select Investment Group where, as a Senior Wealth Planner and Relationship Manager, she advises the Group’s clients on estate planning issues. Joanne is an attorney who has over 30 years of experience in the trust and estates area.

Before joining Neuberger Berman in 2012, Joanne had her own law firm specializing in estate planning and trust and estate administration. Before establishing her own law firm in 2002, she was a Vice President and Senior Estate Planner at Neuberger Berman Trust Company. Joanne began her career as an associate, and then counsel, at Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett where she worked for over 12 years.

Joanne received her BA from Amherst College, magna cum laude, and received her law degree from New York University School of Law. She currently serves on the board of the Daniella Moffson Foundation, a charitable organization that seeks to empower young adults to pursue a lifelong engagement in communal activities and volunteer opportunities. Joanne is also a member of the Presidents' Circle Membership Council at Colgate University.
